Retrograde scheduling

Retrograde (backward) scheduling is used when the project end is specified. Scheduling is then carried out backwards from the end of the project in the direction of the present. It may happen that the project start is in the past. By changing scheduling prerequisites, such as shortening the time required for a project part or planning the use of additional project staff, an improved result can be achieved with new scheduling.
