Deutscher Corporate Governance Kodex

Der Deutsche Corporate Governance Kodex stellt wesentliche gesetzliche Vorschriften zur Leitung und Überwachung deutscher börsennotierter Gesellschaften dar und enthält in Form von Empfehlungen und Anregungen international und national anerkannte Standards guter und verantwortungsvoller Unternehmensführung.
