Time

The point in time is a fixed point in the process, whose position is described by time units (e.g. minutes, days, weeks) and is related to a zero point (definition according to DIN). The points in time in the context of a project time analysis always concern the occurrence of an event (especially start and end event of activities, work packages, subtasks, etc.). The beginning of a project is usually chosen as the zero point. (Source: GPM)
